Today i happened to visit orchid springs site of alliance, i was thrilled with the location as it just took five minutes from Annanagar thirumangalam junction. - their design reminded me of singapore, elegant with more open space - lake view was amazing and i was surprised such a big and clean lake within corporation limits of chennai. - 50, 000 sft clubhouse international standard, seems to be the biggest in chennai. - it was so nice to see resident enjoying outdoor sport facility like tennis court, cricket net practise pitch, - awesome wind flow which created w excellent airflow among the residences - earlier i knew that this project was delayed but today when i visited the project i understood that “late comes with latest” Was this information helpful? | |||

Alliance galleria - Fake promise delayed construction
I came to this contruction in 2014 and was told by the sales person Alliance Builders that the delivery will happen in Dec 2014 . But till date the construction is going on. And the construction quality is also below par.
Fake promises, now with RERA and the Aug 2021 completion date that is 7 years more than the original promised date. Please go visit and decide. But my suggestion to all is better not to waste your time and hard earned money on this Alliance Galleria project.
