To, Alliance Broadband service Pvt. Ltd. Dear Sir, I am a one of the customer who is taken in your broadband (Starter plus) plain. Now, It is very painful to inform that I cannot get any service from your end. Each and every day I am suffering the link failure problem and each and every day I am lunch a do-cat in your customer care center (PH- [protected]). But after that any of the engineers cannot help me to solve my problems. So, every day I was suffering a lot of link problems.
