I am getting a problem during Skype video call and an intimation for Internet connection problem. I am using 450 plan. The exact problem is low audio- video quality and call interruption, call breakage, hazy picture, unwanted sudden ending of call. I complain for several times (its being 10-12 days) to our nearest operator but they actually didn't take any care of this matter. They are just told my parents that the problem is causing for high temperature in Kolkata. I am asking you is it? Or they are habituated in making jokes with their consumers? I am in abroad right now and want help from you. Please do the needful as my parents are suffering badly. They don't able to talk with me for long. Please help my parents.
