[Resolved]  Alliance — Not Getting The Proper Technical Support

I Got My Allience Broadband (In Our Zone It Is In Collaboration With Nalateshweri Satilite Centre) On 1st Of September. At First It Was All Good, But From Last Few Days It Is Sometimes Connecting And Sometimes It Is Not Connecting. I Consulted With The Local People At [protected] Number Regarding This But All Together The Response Was Disaster, They Even Ignored My Calls. I Feel If There Is Any There Is Any Technical Issue To Be Solved As A Customer I Have The Legal Right To Know About The Problem As Well As The Time Required To Fix It. When I Ask Them To Stop My Connection And Refund The Security Deposit Of Rs. 1500/- They Are Even Not Willing To Do So. My Questation Is That If After Every 2-3 Months We Need To Change Service Provider And We Won’t Get Our Security Deposit Refunded Then Is There Any Customer Security? If They Even Solve My Issue At Current Time What Will Happen In Future When I Need Some Technical Support? Should I Have To Be Harassed Again And Again? I Know Some Prove Is Required To Validate The Complaint But What Prove Can I Submit When There Is Poor Customer Service? I Am Just Including My Last Recharge Invoice To Prove That I Am Customer Of The Particular Service Provider.

They Have Called Me Today From +03371002000 Number & Solved My Issue. The Have Given The Instruction To Local People & Asked Them Not To Misbehave With The Customer. They Have Also Offered Me Further Assistance, If Required in Future. I Am Pretty Happy With The Service.
