Alliance — Regular unavailabilty of service | |||
We have been using alliance broadband for the past one year after switching from airtel. We are located in saltlake with user id mohit_sky, the service was provided by our local cable operator Skycomm.. Everyday from 10am to 12 am the internet doesnot work, it is a regularly occuring phenomena. We have complained to skycomm/alliance broadband but we keep hearing the same response - "power cut at alliance broadbands office". We are extremely unhappy with the service of this ISP and would like to warn anyone planning to use their service about this regular issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
