Alliance — Speed is not he same all time that i pay for | |||
I have a broadband connection from Alliance Broadband i am facing speed problem since a very long time. at times if works fine but when it gets slow. if i call the service provider in my area they say to call the toll free number and when i do it they will ask to take my remote desktop, most of the time that will also not be possible. then their story starts that my computer or port is at fault. then if some how the remote desktop is accessed for them to check. they will start a few parallel download and show that my speed is correct. but individual downloads will not work the same. then they say if i still face the problem consult a local technician for my internet router or my computer is at fault. this is the same case every time. i have on thing to say that my one computer cam be at fault and not computers, laptop, mobiles and tablets all are at fault at the same time. please help me out. Can not log it it says you are connected to alliance internet connection but log in page do not appear
