Alliance — URGENT - Broadband not connecting for last 2 days | |||
From 30-Apr-2015 my alliance broadband is not connecting and when connecting to gateway it's giving Request Time Out. I called [protected] 3 times and submit docket, but i have not get any help from them. They told to contact local support team and i called the local support team at least 10 times in these 2 days, but they also can't able to solve this matter. I generally have to do important office related works which is hampering from yesterday and if i will not get any fruitful solution for this problem, then i have to withdraw my alliance broadband connection for sure as i can't hamper my office work for this issue.
