Called customer care today morning.
None of the pages were opening in my system(even google)

asked me to wait for 5mins, then called again, asked me to wait for 30mins, then 1 hour and then it can't be solved by today itself, have informed local operator.

Operator said it's afternoon time we cant solve it now, provide me customer care no. and asked me to contact.

Called, they told we can't do anything, our work is to inform only(then who'll resolve?). If you are not satisfied you can leave this connection(rudely).

bad behaviour and 3 day no link
i have 2 alliance broadband connection..there was no link upto 3 days...many tym i call care, , bt they cant solve my prob nd cut the call//, , i decide to case on alliance..on consumer court...
