Amaron Battery — Battery is under warranty lying in franchise centre for last 10 days for replacement no action so far

Dear sir, i bought amaron black battery sl.No.Bl400l aaa[protected] on 19jun.2014 which has 18 months warranty fron the dealer jay shree electronics haridwar i was not provided any seperate warranty card i only have the invoice and the battery itself has the manufacturing sticker of may 2014. So it implies that battery is in warranty but i do not know why this replacement is not done immediately
