Amazon — Amazon is not accepting my return & the customer care service is fooling me.

My order is -- Order #[protected]. I bought Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9B Vengeance 4GB Dual Channel Memory Kit (Blue)[Qty: 2] on 22nd Of September, 2015 by paying Rs. 3980 through my debit card and received it on 26th of September, 2015. Finding it incompatible for my PC, I requested for its return on or around 24hrs of getting this item, i.e, on 27th September, 2015 through Amazon app by its mentioned process. But I always get denied by them all when there is not a single mistake done by me where as I have taken utmost care of the item and its packet till date without damaging any of them. The seller first denied for accepting my return after 1week of my placing return request by giving reason that I have opened the packet of the item and so it can't be returned as their return policy states that the item should be returned in unopened condition. But how one can check for the item without opening its packet! I ordered them by matching its description written on Amazon with my PC. It's speed as described on Amazon is 1333Mhz and my PC is also compatible with this speed but what I got(as also told by the Seller) is 1600Mhz. The product number and the color of the product both match as what I've ordered but it doesn't run on my PC where as my PC runs fine without them. The product description also says that it is compatible with all i3 processor which is also present in my PC. Also described in the description is that it is designed for use with all DDDR3 motherboards with 4 memory channels and my PC also have the same exact specification. It also says that it is dual channel and my memory slot also supports dual channel. I've also pointed these things to the Seller already with all required screenshot supporting my claim but the Seller never given me the straight answer and always ignored me by giving false reasons. If the Seller says that what I've got is what I've ordered then why doesn't he/she show me that 1600Mhz speed is written in the product description on Amazon! Whereas I've shown him that it is nowhere written but speed supporting my PC is written which is 1333Mhz. If this is the situation then my question is that when you sell product then why do you write incomplete information, where in this case you should have written that it's speed is 1600Mhz and it'll not be compatible with 1333Mhz slot then I would not had bought this by seeing this. I point this question to Seller and Amazon both. But they(neither seller nor A-to-Z team) never answered my this question as why the description is written like that and when i buy the product after going through the description and matching it with my pc and it doesn't run then why can't you accept the return? I'm still in touch with them by calling Amazon customer service once a time every week(called them approx. 10-12 times in the last 1 month) but they always demand 2-3 days and says that if my matter will not be resolved in these period then will return my money back but it never happens and then i have to call them again to remind them and i have to explain them the issue again and again and they again demand some days and that day never comes. I have waited for nearly 4 months and still i get assured by them. Please consider my situation where I'm a student and my hard earned money was wasted with the fault of Seller or by Amazon. I requested for return in 24hrs of getting this item and taking the full care of the item whereas Seller complained me in one of the email that I've not taken care of the item and giving false reason that I've opened its fan and when I objected about this as ram doesn't have any fan, he/she corrected their mistake. They always tried to ignore me and their intention was clear that they just didn't want to accept the return by giving false reasons. It was never my intention to return the item where I paid in advance to get this item and to have additional memory into my system which I'm not able to do now as my money is wasted on this item. The Seller could have easily accepted my return and refunded my money as I've not damaged their item and its packet and also applied for return in their alloted time of placing retrun which is just in 24hrs of getting the item. The A-to-Z team also never cared for my claim, nor about my points stating why i'am returning this item and always denied without taking care of the customer. I'm also attaching here some photos of their sites description of this product and also my pc's description as proof supporting my claim. I kindly request you to help me in this matter and consider my situation as its a matter of my hard earned money.
