Amazon India — Account lock/block/hold. I can't sign in. My rs.3000 stolen by amazon india

I'm Shilon Kabiraj from Durgapur, West Bengal. I'm a Student by profession (B.A 3rd Year), i was place 2 order at Amazon.in on 7th and 8th Jan 2016, My Amazon account email id is [protected]@ymail.com (kkr means Kolkata Knight Rider) mobile no: +91 [protected], my problem in a simple line : I have Rs.3001.00 in my Amazon Gift Voucher Account but I can't Sign In.
And i request to you and all, please kindly read my all text by care fully.. please...

Amount: Rs.3, 256.00

1st:
I place Order on 7th Jan 2016, order place successfully but payment was declined. Order #[protected], Amount: Rs.3, 256.00,

2nd:
after payment declined I purchase a Amazon Gift Voucher Worth 3000/- on 9th Jan, Order #:[protected], Amount.3, 000.00,

3rd:
I paid my due amount of Rs.3, 256.00 of Order #[protected] from my Gift vouch balance {Rs.3001.00(Rs.1 is my previous Gift Voucher balance)} and My State Bank Of India Debit Card (Rs. 255.00) [ending with 4050]

4th:
On 9th Jan I got 2 email from Amazon.in at my register email address, and subject was "Refund for Amazon.in order[protected] was successful". and I'm just shock after read this two email.

* after few days i got return my money Rs. 255.00 at my bank account
and also got Rs.3001.00 in my amazon account.
but problem is I can't use this money because my account is lock..

5th:
after read email I try to Sign in my Amazon account and want to see what happened. And I'm Surprised when i enter my email address and password, It's say Incorrect.. I reset my password through "Forget Password" link and change my password.
after i go to login page again and enter my email address and my latest password, its say "Invalid user name or password"[protected] My Problem Beginning..

5th:
I contact amazon customer care support via mobile on toll free no (+[protected] from my mobile number (+[protected].
then,
I ask: why my order cancel?
he said: "your order cancel of some issue" (but he did not tell me exact cause.)

I ask: why i cant Sign in my account?
he said:" you account is temporary lock for some account related issue, that's why you cant sing in your account, " (but he did not tell me exact issue.)

I ask: when my account unlock again?
he said: I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours


but how many 24 hour passed i don't know. till date and time i did not received any email from amazon account specialist determent..

6th:
once again i call customer care after 24hour, they said same to same dialogue again but this time they said for 48 hour, "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 hours"



after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"




after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"




after few day i call again to amazon customer care and this time he said "i can take few day may be one week(7 days/7x24=168 hour), and i personally work on your problem and I set remainder, you don't need to contact us i will contact you when problem solved"

* i did received any call from this person


after 10-12 days i contact again and they play again their recorded DIALOGUE :

"I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"

after 48 hour i call again and they said again "I forward your request to our account specialist determent and they will contact via email with in 24 to 48 hours"

Till Date They Repeat 10000000% same 2 same DIALOGUE...


i fully fed up on amazon.
my request is please unlock/unblock my account or please give refund of Order #:[protected].
I have Rs.3001.00 in my Amazon Gift Voucher Balance.. but i cant USE it so please please please please do something for me...
