Amazon India — Bitsat 2016 online book

I had ordered the book on 24th april 2016. It was to be reached by 27th april 2016. I waited till then but it did not arrive . I called the customer care number of amazon and complained for the same to a representative . He then said the it will definitely reach by the next day, that was, 28th april, 206 but it didn't reach then also . Then again i called the customer care number of amazon.com talked to their representative and she said that it will reach by 24 to 48 hours but it didn't reach again. Then on the next day that is 29th april i called them again talked to their representative and got the same response .On 30th april also the order didn't reach to me . Today also the order did not reach and finally he said that you can cancel your order and order new one on a fast delivery option but it was not available and i am being fooled by this company from 4-5 days but the order is not reaching to me and my exam is already approaching. I want some serious measures to be taken against such company.
