Amazon India — Cancel the order but not refund the amount

My name is karunakar. I have ordered coolpad dazen note 3 on 27 oct 2015, when i ordered amount deducted in my account but i got the sms as "your order has failed ".Then i cancel the order, again i got the sms as "amount refund will be initiated shortly and also i called amazon customer care, they told amount refund will be done within one week.its been 7 days till now i didn't get any refund amount to my account.How many days will they take to refund the money. my order no[protected] i want my money back to my account
