Amazon India — Cashback for yu yureka mobile didnt get.

DEAR SIR/MADAM I am sunil mali. I have purchased yu yureka mobile with ORDER #[protected] from amazon with 15% cashback by using sbi bank debit card on 8th may 2015 .I Called them, emailed them too much times but there is no positive response from their side. 5 months passed away but I didnt get cashback. I have lost too much time by calling them they are not answering. I have got email from Amazon India. on 28 th august 2015 but till no response please look into that and solve my problem.
