Sir, My self Rohan Panwala, Surat, Gujarat. I have placed order of red tape black formal shoes from Amazon.in on 26-10-15, vide order no.[protected], I have received this product but, the product which i received is second hand, which is used product i have been delivered by Amazon India. Then immediate cancelled the product and request for pickup back and request for refund but after 4 days i requested many times but no one come to collect this product.
