Amazon India — Have sent me wrong product purposely | |||||
My order no. Is —[protected]. I had bought a battery for samsung galaxy tab 10.1. These people have sent me another battery. When i got the parcel it had my name and address on it but on opening the parcel i found out the bill inside was for some other order no. Which was —[protected]. It had some other name and product was some htc battery. When i contacted these people they told me return the product. They did this purposely because they knew no courier company is going to take the product as it was a battery.In there email they mentioned that maximum courier charges which they will be refunding is rs40. These people are playing games as no company send courier for such low cost. I have already paid rs2000 as cost of the battery and now amazon and the seller are playing games with me. I always believed amazon as the worst place to buy product because of there cumbersome and irritating return policies. The only person they care about is there sellers and the customers are meant for them to harass. They should learn from flipkart, how to protect a buyer. Now i don't know wether i will get my money or not but i will fight for it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
