Amazon India — I am complaining about making fool to customer giving fake information / status | |||
Amazon.in order (#[protected] of "xiaomi redmi note 3. I booked above order on 4th september and was given delivery date of 9th september, than after made approx 25 calls to customer care team but my product couldn't get delivered till 14th september 16. I found that without having inventory availability this order was booked and delivery status was keep on postponing date and finally they asked me to cancel the order since they were not having product available with them. Amazon india should have been penalised for this fraud with me, for giving me fake information and finally keeping my payment / money with them and not delivering the product.
