Amazon India — Item didn't receive for over a month

They used a courier service named Firstflight.They failed to deliver the product on 19 december 2014.Then they said that they will send the product again with strict instruction.But they failed again to deliver the product. There is an attachment linked which was recorded by the firstflight.
