Amazon India — Laptop Bag / False Promise | |||||
I am a Prime customer of Amazon .. next delivery is free for prime customers... I have placed order on 19th Oct'16 and they intimated order will be delivered before 8 pm of 20th Oct'16.. On 20th Oct'16 I was in office upto 9:30 pm and I got a sms that delivery attempted but no one came ...I complained to Customer care they told morning it will be delivered .. morning I received another sms that delivery attempted.. but again no came.. again I complained to Customer service they told they will check and delivery the product in 24 hrs...not yet delivered.. again contacted them on 22nd Oct'16 they told in 48 hrs it will be resolved... still waiting .. no proper response... Even for courtesy they are not updating the customers... waste of being prime customer.. another way of cheating customers.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
