Amazon India — Lenovo mobile order cancelled after payment done

Dear team

This is regarding one of order #[protected]. I have placed with amazon yesterday. I was able to place order successfully, payment for the same is also done and i have received confirmation from amazon that my order has been placed successfully.

Just after 10 mins my order was cancelled by seller, i have tried connecting your team and your colleague told me that seller has cancelled it and he is not aware the exact reason. He asked me that seller will revert in 24 hrs max.

After that amazon has sent email to seller but it was not delivered as seller was not continued with amazon.

I have few observation about amazon post placing order:

1) my order was cancelled without any update to me (I hope amazon didn't think any need to share the reason with me). Post that i have received sms on my mobile. When i tried checking my order history, the order was not appearing there. I am not able to understand the reason to delete the order history. Could you please let me know why order is not existing in canceled status there and what is the need to remove it permanently?? As per amazon seller has some concern but i am sure seller is no authorization to amazon system to delete order history.

2) one of your colleague with whom i discussed named ankit, he assure me that amazon will try his best to deliver the product and not told any reason for software error issue. When i called back amazon to tell that the email was not delivered to seller and i am getting some update saying email not delivered to seller and reason "the recipients have decided to leave the amazon.In platform or are not eligible to receive any further email communications.". Not sure why amazon remove seller from his list, does seller did any kind of policy violation??? If not how amazon will contact with seller to resolve my concern.

As per your another colleague its a software error and because of that its cancelled, i am not able to understand if there is software error then how order was placed, payment received by amazon and order again cancelled, can you please describe the definition of error in software as i am not satisfied with the answer provided by your colleagues. Does amazon trying to save their seller and your policy is seller friendly??? Where are your values of customer satisfaction and customer values??

3) why one colleague of amazon team is assuring me that amazon trying their level best to resolve my concern (Mr ankit) and suddenly after 5 mins another colleague mr rohit is telling different story of software error. As per my understating if there is any issue with your system you are solely responsible and all the lose must be borne by amazon only. But rather than accepting your fault, you are trying to put it on my head?? The same case happened with my brother some time back where amazon took same kind of order and later cancelled by saying its a pricing error. That time we left the issue but this is the second time amazon repeated same issue with me.

I am not able to understand how 13000 rs can be shown wrong 2500/- rs dur to pricing issue.


I genuine request from you to deliver me the product rather than refund.
