I bought a apple macbook air md 711hn/b 11 inches from amazon on 12 feb 15 for Rs 56490. the product that was given to me was a used one and has all settings of the previous user including the registered name. i have contacted amazon for over 50 times for the same complaint over past nine months and have received no answer from them regarding this. initially they did not return the piece and now they are saying it is too late for them to return it. i am now stuck with this second hand macbook after paying for a first hand one. i request this may be heard and action be taken to either change this macbook or return my money.
