No commitment kept. Charge for expedite delivery but not delivered I committed timelines No refund on fat delivery charge since not delivered in time False commitment 4 times for refund but still not met False updates on delivery status User not avaialable..no money kept for COD all false updates..already returned products being chased for return..manager and leadership lead in lying more then call agents..agents are trained to lie..my supervisor and I share same resource he want be able to help you ..to avoid escalation..despite of payment product held for payment not made and showing as COD... Many more I'm tired of listing.. How pathetic can it get..scam..lies..Misinformation..etc etc..Amazon.in total scam.. Was this information helpful? | |||
