[Resolved]  Amazon India — Non fulfillment of warranty on my laptop purchase vide order #[protected]

vide email dated 3rd Nov 2014, Amazon's customer care committed that the Lenovo lap top shall be covered with 1 year + addl 2 yrs warranty . Based on this commitment, I purchased Lenovo laptop from Rocky marketing through Amazon on 3rd Nov. 2014. But, Lenovo has given me only 1 year warranty on the product. I have already taken up this issue with the Customer Service Deptt several times through emails and telephones. But, the issue remains unresolved, as yet. I request for a quick redressal of my complaint and also, would like to request you to let me know as to how you are going to redress my complaint. Thank you, MP Singh [protected]@yahoo.com
