Amazon India — Order #[protected] earpod | |||||
I ordered an apple earpod from Amazon India.They provided me that but after using only 4 months it stopped working properly. As it was under 1 year of warranty I tried checking the invoice and then I realized they have not provided me the invoice.I mailed them n number of times .They every time reply me saying the same thing and it is to wait for 2 days.Now its almost 2 months I am waiting for the invoice so that I can claim the warranty.They are still not able to provide me with invoice.They wasted my so much of time(2 months warranty peried).I even asked them if the earpod they provided me is duplicate and hence they are not able to provide me the invoice.Hence I requested them to provide me with the refund but they are not even providing that. I request you to to help me out by at least providing me the refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
