Amazon India — Ordered item still not received after three weeks

Hi I ordered Red Rechargeable Emergency LED Lantern on 7th January 2015, but still not received the thing. The courier service does seem to hold this item, and not delivering to my location. I tried to contact customer service on Amazon site which has no email to send my complaint so I post this complaint on this forum Order Placed: 7 January 2015 Amazon.in order number:[protected] thanks, Hemlata Gaur
