Amazon India — Poor delivery of amazon transportation with false reports

I am Ajith RI ordered a hard disk pouch on 23 sept 2015, on 5th oct i got an email saying it was not able to deliver after 5 attempts and returning back. i talked with customer care executives and supervisor and even manager, but all are justifying their system, . my order id is[protected]. they were acting like their system is perfect. they were not even ready tohear my complaints or inquire with their transportation system.
