Amazon India — refund amount not received | |||
Dear sir, I had ordered a pair of jeans from www.amazon.in on May 6 and it was delivered on May 16. I didnot like the product delivered and going by the company's poiicy decided to return it. The company claims to refund the money paid for the product on returning the product. After repeated complaints, the product got picked up for return but i have not received my refund of Rs.699 as yet. In spite of several complaints made, no help has been done to me. They say they refunded the money but there is amount as such in my bank account. I am just a student. Please help my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
