Amazon India — Return and refund of my product | |||||
I have ordered Sony TV in amazon.in (order no:[protected]. The product was sent to wrong hub and crossed the Delivery date and at last I requested Amazon to return the product and refund the money. I got the mail that order was cancelled and refund will be initiated once after product reaches the seller. It has been 1 week and still the product is not yet started to seller. When I called the courier team, they are saying we haven't received any update from amazon. When I called amazon, they are saying we already informed the courier team.
