Amazon India — Shipping and Handling being charged | |||
Hi, As per the website, I bought a "Fisher Price Newborn to Toddler Rocker" and it clearly mentions " Free Delivery", however a Shipping & Handling of INR 475 has been charged. Therefore, I would want this amount to be credited to the account from which I had paid. Is this how Amazon makes money out of customer?
