Amazon India — Very very poor customer service

Updated by Jayant Pagadala I ordered turmeric powder few days back from Amazon India and i payed online for it but the item never reached me and i got the message that the item is delivered to you. And i contacted the customer service of Amazon India and they said to wait for 3-5 days until the order is delivered to me. How this is possible i don't know. I never expected so poor service from Amazon.in, what if the order is still not delivered to us even after you gave us the time of 3-5 days, where should we go? We are sick of calling your customer service everyday but they are saying the same thing every time i call them. This type of service is not expected by Amazon. And this is not the first time that i am experiencing issues from Amazon. Please see to it that you don't spend so much of money just making advertisements and wooing people, start doing things that promise in the advertisements
