Amazon India — Wrong, broken product delivery and also not solving the issues | |||||
1. I had ordered Brown leather cover for HTC 626 g plus. I received it on 12/5/2016. But it was broken. I did the complaint the same day and l was told that it will be changed. But no such service was provided. After that l complained again and like this l did 4 complaints till 22 nd May. I even spoke to a senior executive also but till today l have not been provided with any assistance either to change the product or refund. 2. Customer service from Amazon has been very poor, even harrasing the customer. 3. I had also ordered another mobile cover of Ferrari for HTC 626 g plus on 4/5th May, that has also not been delivered till now . 4. Even after doing advance payment, service has been pathetic. amzon can't be 'apni dukan' at all, where after complaining for 4 times and this mail being 5th, customer services has been very poor. It has been a complete act of fraud. 5. If at all you can do anything then either deliver my items or refund my amount.
