Amazon India, Yuplaygod.com — Regarding replacement of yureka mobile | |||||
I'm facing a lot of problems in my Micromax YU yureka. I was told that my mobile will get replaced and it will take 12 days at the most. It's near about 2 months now, still my mobile is not replaced. Every mail that I've sent got same reply "Sorry for inconvenience" / "deeply regret". And whenever I call them, a busy is received. I have my WayBill number. Now and then, I check delivery status at delhiery.com and it says tat mobile hasn't dispatched yet. Amazon should stop buying products from YU Was this information helpful? | |||||
