Amazon — Non receipt of order | |||||
I had ordered Set of 2 Turtle Dove Ornaments - As Seen in Home Alone 2 from Amazon on 21 November 2015. To my astonishment the order delivery date was shown as 11 December. Further, it was revised to 14 December. It is 17 December and still I have not received the order. Additionally, I have written three mails to the seller and have not responded to my mails. There is no contact details available for the seller where I can contact them as well. It is very unprofessional and unsatisfactory attitude from a global level company which claims to put customer service at its forefront. The Order number is[protected]. I hope this is resolved ASAP.
