Amazon — Poor and delayed delivery | |||||
This is to inform Amazon that I purchased a book " handbook on law, ethics and communication" by muniah bhandari. The order number was[protected]. I placed the order on 22july 2016 and I was assured delivery latest by 29 July. I am also being charged₹75 as delivery charge. However, I haven't received delivery as yet. I would like to mention that the ordered book needed urgently for study purpose. Such inordinate delay is beyond reason. I am highly disappointed and I barely think of transacting on Amazon again. Amazon really need to speed up its delivery. Even the tracking details shown on internet are very ambiguous. The package is in fact moving away from my address. Was this information helpful? | |||||
