Amazon Transportation Services — Ahmedabad-amazon delivery guy returned my courier even after asking for delivery

I had placed my order dated 15th may 2016 with order# 403-[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on17th may 2016. The delivery guy from amazon came and called me at security gate but i asked to come to my block he said ok. I waited for some time than i called him up again as i needed to move out but he didnt recieved any of my calls. Than i tried calling from another number and he picked up the call and he said i am 5 k. M far now so i said him that i will come there to pick my parcel so he called me at engineering college at chandkheda so i reached there in 10 mins and called him again and again he didnt answer my call after 5 mins he switched off his cell phone i waited and tried calling him and send him couple of text as well than in evening he recieved my call and said that he has returned the courier just for his ego that i called him at my doorstep to deliver the goods. I called amazon customer care where they said they confirmed with they courier company that it was courier man fault and asked me to place order again but that product is now out of stock, after that i called courier guy again and he said "subha office pe aajana aur jo karna ho karna courier to vapis gaya aab". Than i didnt find appropriate talking to that guy. Now here i lost the product that is wanted and more important is my credit that even after chasing that guy till 5 k. M and calling him all day long he returned courier with false information that customer rejected goods and made me bother him just for his ego. I want my goods back and also wana sue amazon for such a pathetic behaviour towards customer making him run after his product. I am sending the snapshot of my call history how many times i tried chasing him and also messeges that i send him when i reached at govt college where he called me for delivery of my goods
