Amazon.com — Item purchased not recieved

I had purchase Britex ananlogue watch from Amazon.com with order no.[protected] on 27.September 2014. The estimated delivery date is Monday 6 October 2014 - Friday 10 October 2014.But i had not yet recieved the item till today i.e 27.10.2014. Can you please help me so that i can recieved the item tht i had paid for..
