Amazon.in — Refund not yet received on our order#402_3567 | |||
On[protected], we ordered 5 items the total bill was 5705. The bill amount was deducted twice from our account, on same day we cancelled 4 items of that bill, Next day we received only one of the double deducted amount rs.5705., But so far we hadn't received the refund amount of 4 items, though we approached Customer care with all the proof demanded by them, instead of solving our issue they keep on extending time period to process & they blamed the time extending on the billing team, this had happened every time whenever I had called customer care.
