Amazon.in — Unjustified cancellation of my order and closure of my account | |||||
I had registered for the flash sale of redmi note 3 on the 4th may and i was able to successfully add one to my cart and checked out within 15 minutes. However after 5 minutes i received a mail that my account has been closed and my order stands cancelled. After inquiring with the customer care why my account was closed he replied that it was because i have been ordering products for re selling purpose. This is totally untrue my last order was in december that is 4 months ago and i have not ordered more than 10 products in the last 2 years how can i do reselling business in that. I waited for that phone for a month now and after successfully placing the order they send such an email is totally unethical. If they found my account as a reseller why dint they closed it when i subscribing for the flash sale. I want the product and my account to be restored. Was this information helpful? | |||||
