We have found multiple complaints registered on sites that are identical to complaints posted here. We've been informed these have originated from the same IP address, and have reason to believe these have been posted by a competitor over the last year. We endeavour to track down and resolve any complaints, however in cases where names of businesses aren't left, we have no way of finding which complaints are genuine and which are not.
