[Resolved]  American Express Credit Card — New issued credit card not working

My credit card No is[protected] and it is issued to me in the month of July2014 and on dated 18.08.2014 i was go at D-Mart but at the time of card scratch there is a message reflect that "call issuer". How can i contact American Express Office. Please resolve my problem. My email address is already with you but i write it again.
