American Express Credit Card — Not closing my Account by any source.

Hello, My Credit Card No. Is :[protected]. My Name : - Atish S Channawar I have already paid my full and final amount in this month. Tried to close my account 100 times via Service center phone no. but not responding to my call at single time. Now they have incurred membership charges with tax and finance charge as well. When I am trying to communicate that I want to close my account, these people are not responding. So by what way I can close this issue. I will not pay renewal fees as I don't want this card.
