Marketing executives give false promise.
Huge gap between marketing guys and customer care.
Customer care ask you to follow their process which is never explained to you by marketing guys and the very least expectation is that you will get threatens from customer care for issues which are not because of your mistakes.

I have had a terrible experience with the selection process of amex. Not that i am not a worthy candidate but they have failed to absorb me stating that i am "overqualified" for their profiles.
