American Swan — No money refund

Order #AS[protected]Rs 1175) and # AS[protected]Rs 1251), placed on 4th of Feb'15 and 7th Feb'15. Payment was successful and order placed and even received the shipping details. But next day i received the order cancellation email and amount was never refund to my account back.
As per the customer care, amount failed at their Payment Gateway. But from my bank (CITIBANK) amount was successful and amount deducted.

I have even shared my transaction details with the merchant (American Swan) but no response has been received for last 10 days, Customer care executives don't have answer and no response to my emails.
