On 11th March 2013 I paid to amit shipping 80000 rs by cash.
but after paid cash, he keep on postpone my vessel joining date.
then at last I asked my money back.
after he gave me 75000rs cheque, and said deposite it after one month, but cheque was bounced there was no balance in bank account.
after he paid me 30000rs by bank transfer but 50000 rs still pending.
then he closed his office and ran away.
here I attach bounce cheque which issued for my father name.
kindly help me out.
