Ammi's Biryani — served spoiled food

I ordered veg biryani from the Ammi's Biryani kagadaspura, Bangalore and when I get the order delivered it was completely spoiled which is enough for causing the food poisoning. Instead of regretting they straight away told that they only can replace the order. I do not want a replacement of order because such mistakes can cause serious health issues to a person. I need to get the food tested in their store and some serious action to be taken.
