Amrapali Group — Refunds of cancellation flat

I booked a flat in amrapali verona heights project. on dec 2015 and paid rs. 100000 as a initial amount in the form of two cheque of 50000₹ each. after about one month they informed me that by mistaken my on cheque is submitted against of any other client so that cheque got bounced, as well as they told me that a unit which is chooses by me is not available and they allotted me a another unit. so i refused that offer and apply for refund or cancellation.. and according to amrpali head office.. i submitted all the documents or a blank cross cheque as per guideline or commitment that they will refund my all remaining amount 50000₹.
Since then i have sent many massages or demanding documents to the person who dealing this issue and also visit to head office many times, but i did not received any positive result from them. i am totally disappointed and require money to meet my family commitments. plz help.
