Amri Hospitals — complaint regarding medical records dept.
This has in reference to my collection of Bed Head Ticket of my mother Syamali Chakraborty from medical records department and the experience thereof. I had applied for the Bed Head ticket on 28/01/15 to the MS, AMRI, SALT LAKE. I was received a call from concerned dept. few days later for the collection of the documents. But unfortunately my mother was passed away on 01.02.15 and due to rituals I could not able to collect it. When I visited the concerned dept.(1st fl, ahluwalia bldg) today (12.01.15) at 3-30pm the staff specially a tall thin elderly lady was very rudely spoken me. She was wearing a saree and was in hurry to leave. She asked why it takes so much time to receive the document and kept me waiting for a long time. She was disgraceful. My mental state is very down and depressed now a days so couldnt react. Im very sad in this incident. Such an experience is not at all expected from a reputable hospital and the word "customer care" gone for a toss. The details : Patient Id - SL00090621 Encounter Id[protected] Hopefully you will identify the concern lady and educate her how to behave with a person who had lost his mother few days back. thnanking you Soumitra Chakraborty [protected] Was this information helpful?

HbA1C charge of the hospital is higher (nearly double) than the charges being charged by peer hospitals and reputed laboratories in Kolkata.
