[Resolved]  Anandtara Properties — Builder is not ready to form society

Team, We as a member of Tarabai Park society is going through tremendous pain of non-cooperation and worst maintenance care from Builder.Its going to be more than 5 years since flat possession has been given but society formation is still pending from builder side. Also, everyday we come across frequent building maintenance issues which has been totally ignored by builder and his staff.Soceity members are getting health problem because of these worsen maintenance issue. We all have approached to builder Mr. Suhas Gaikwad many times personally and even send follow-up emails but unfortunatley no reply from his end. We would like to seek your help on this and get the solution on this trivial issue. Thanks a lot in advance. Harish
