i recently purchased 100 switches. regulators, wires and socket. were found to be defective
i am very upset because i have been complaining from last 3 -4 months to service centre and to dealer at, bhagratpalace
still i am not getting any result and and rply associated with it.
i am not getting any positive response from the company.
this time i am complaining last time to the company in order to safegaurd the respect of the relation between your company and a regular customer .
if this time my compaint will not get acknowleged i will be forced to take strict actions inorder for consumers rights.
i hope as a respectfull authority you will consider this complaint seriously in the interest of customer atmost satisfaction.
