[Resolved] Andhra Bank — ATM card lost no redressal of the issue | |||
My uncle lost his atm card of andhra bank on 22/06/2014. When he went to the branch of the bank for this issue, the bank manager gave him a toll free number [protected] to complain about the.issue and block the atm card. From that day we are trying to contact the number but it either gives a busy tone or no one picks up the call. The main problem is that thr atm is not blocked till now and who will be responsible and who will compensate us in case the atm is misused by anyone. The atm will not be blocked untill the tollfree no. is contacted. The bank manager always tells to contact that no. And do nothing for locking atm card and issuing new card.
